It has been a while since my last journal entry (getting close to two years, heh). I tend to ignore DeviantArt for the most part and concentrate on my sketchblog instead. So if you're interested in more of my work (and more frequent updates) - visit my blog!
DOKTOR TKO SKETCHBLOG:

SERGEJ ("TOMBOLA"), written by Jurica Stareinčić. Eight-page comic - the first longer comic I'd drawn on A3 paper, and also the first comic I'd fully inked with brushes. I finalized it about a year ago, but it still hasn't been published anywhere (I think). I'll probably put it in the gallery as soon as it has.
VIXEN VIRAGO, a fantasy/steampunk comic. I'd drawn 22 pages, which is half of what was intended for the first episode (out of three). The first 16 pages were published in Sergej Strip. It was supposed to go on, but my procrastination got in the way. Since the first 22 pages were drawn on A4 paper, I'm thinking of switching to A3 and continuing to finish the first episode in the following months.
WAR OF THE WORLDS. Current project I'm working on (you can see some bits and pieces on my blog); illustrating the H. G. Wells' classic for an indie publisher. This is what I've been concentrating my efforts upon for the past weeks; as soon as I'm done with it I'm switching to Vixen.
JOE IDLE. Originally "Duka Dabalebaro" (in Croatian), this is a webcomic I'm drawing on a weekly basis. Strips have their debut on Darko Macan's website (
[link]) every Monday. A week later the English version gets uploaded here, but I've also opened an account at SmackJeeves:
[link]If you are from around these parts (and understand Croatian), I suggest you read the comic either on Macan's site or my blog (
[link]), because a lot gets lost in translation. Appy-polly-logies to all English readers, but that's the way it is.
OTHER PROJECTS? Yes, I'm involved in some, but most are on the to-do list. I've been collaborating on a fantasy roleplaying adventure as illustrator and designer; we're getting it published on DriveThruRPG soon.
So, as you can see, I'm hoping to get my creative forces in line and focus on one (and a half) project at a time. Hopefully, Vixen is coming up next, and you'll be able to read it as a webcomic soon.
