What prompted this? It's labeled "fan-art", but I'm not the fan... It was a commission, and a birthday present for my girlfriend. :)

As for Spock teaching Latin... first I thought that Logic was the, well, logical conclusion to picking a class for him to teach, but then my Logic teacher also taught me Latin, and I was always slightly annoyed by the Harry Potter "Latin" incantations, so here's a twist where there's actually a class where they teach them *proper* language. Heh heh. Yeah. Notice another poke at the same issue with Snape's "alakazam!"

My first thought was "WTF?" And then I started laughing. Poor Pikachu, but still...
Yes, Potter-verse Latin has always annoyed me, but hey *shrugs* what can you do. They didn't slap her for it after the first book and she's a millionair now.
It would be great in mind-melds were actually possible. It would make things so much simplier.

(A) Spock's a vegetarian.
(B) Pikachu's a sentient lifeform, which violates the concept of IDIC (Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combination).
